Brenda has been a realtor since 1987, a Top Producer since 1988 and has achieved the Platinum Executive Council Award (Top 3%) for many, many years.  Her success is a result of excellent service and helping her clients make informed decisions.
Being a firm believer in continuing education in whatever profession you may choose, Brenda has earned several real estate designations that have, she believes, helped to promote her career. Her designations are: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Real Estate Negotiator; Accredited Staging Professional Realtor, Relocation Certified Associate and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

She has proudly been associated with Fonville Morisey for the past 22 years.  The friendly, yet professional atmosphere at Fonville Morisey Realty is conducive to success.  Fonville Morisey is owned by Long and Foster, the largest independently owned real estate company in the nation.

Most, if not all of her business, is referrals and repeat business.  She has put in place  marketing tools for maintaining contact with past clients and referrals.  It has been quite successful in generating a larger client base.
Having lived in Raleigh since the age of six, her knowledge of the area is part of her expertise.  It allows her to service the entire Triangle quite comfortably.   Brenda is very familiar with all of the areas from Raleigh to Chapel Hill, Cary, Wake Forest and all surrounding areas.

Brenda has been married to Steve Holden for 38 years and has lived in North Carolina, Washington, D.C. and California.  While living in California, she worked as a paralegal for a criminal attorney.  When back in North Carolina, Brenda worked with a transportation company and eventually found her place in the real estate world.

Her husband, Steve, is a licensed realtor and works with her.  He is also a consultant for various pharmaceutical companies.
Brenda is the proud owner of two Golden Retrievers. They have been a part of her advertising since beginning a career in real estate. She is an active member and on the Board of Directors of the Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue.  This organization is dedicated to finding displaced Goldens loving forever homes. Brenda says that she believes that animals enrich our lives in many ways.  “My Goldens have been such a positive force to my life.  This is one way that I can make a difference and give back.”
