Jill is a lifelong Raleigh native, growing up inside the Beltline. She attended Lacy, Martin and Broughton, has been a member of Christ Episcopal Church her entire life and remembers inside the Beltline when it wasn’t referred to as “ITB”. After graduating from East Carolina University with her BSN in Nursing, she achieved her lifelong goal of an ICU nursing career as a Critical Care Nurse at NC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill. Jill then moved into the corporate world and joined Glaxo SmithKline where she worked 16 years in R&D middle management, specifically in Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs. While there, she obtained her Master’s Degree from NCSU in health education; an ideal graduate education for a critical care nurse working in corporate America. After helping three friends, behind the scenes, with their personal residential and commercial real estate transactions, Jill decided that she wanted to get her broker’s license. In 2000, Jill decided to change her life and actually do what she enjoyed. She worked at ReMax United for nine years where she and her team excelled. During her tenure with ReMax she was the recipient of the Platinum Club Award in 2005, 2006, and 2007. In 2009 Jill decided to create her own full service real estate firm, Olde Raleigh Real Estate, LLC. Her firm is dedicated to the concentration and endorsement of the Olde Raleigh area and surrounding neighborhoods. She utilizes her personal knowledge, experience and expertise resulting from 18+ years of personal and professional commitment to this area to represent homeowners wishing to sell, and buyers desiring to move into this area. Jill lives in Olde Raleigh with her husband, Tom, her daughter Caroline who is a Junior at UNC, her son Brian who is a Freshman at NCSU (and of course Kimberly her adorable 12 yr old Bassett.) Jill’s hobbies include focusing on her family, gardening, reading, socializing with girlfriends and spending time with Tom. Jill knows “LIFE IS GOOD! |
